Rear Extension & Full Property Refurbishment

The client needed a full rear extension built from foundations up alongside a complete internal refurbishment of the existing property delivered as a single, co-ordinated project from groundworks to final fit-out.

Co-ordinating groundworks, structural steelwork, flat roof construction and internal first fix trades simultaneously across a live domestic property required careful sequencing and phased access management throughout the build.

A fully extended and refurbished home with a new white-rendered rear extension with French doors, GRP flat roof, new white gloss kitchen with dark slate worktops, metro tile splashback and integrated appliances, new bathroom with green shiplap panelling and tiled floor, oak LVT flooring throughout the living areas, and full replumb and rewire all finished to a high residential standard.
